- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and included in your order total.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Payment: Payment is due in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount as the delivery personnel may not carry change.
- Order Confirmation: Our delivery personnel will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability and location.
- Verification: Upon delivery, you may be required to provide a valid ID for verification purposes.
4. Order Cancellation and Changes
- Cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Contact Attempts: Our delivery personnel will make five attempts to contact you for delivery. If they are unable to reach you, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
- Re-delivery: In the event of a failed delivery, you may contact our customer service to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our customer service team immediately.
- Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for any items that are verified as damaged or defective.
