- All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or returned.
- We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any products purchased, except in cases where the product received is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will require proof of the defect or damage, such as a photograph.
- Upon verification of the defect or damage, we will offer a replacement of the same item at no additional cost.
